Beautiful weather guarantee
We always do our very best to make sure the weather is nice during your cruise. Unfortunately, the weather gods do not always cooperate, which is why we have a unique weather guarantee. With this guarantee you can postpone the sailing day free of charge when the weather is bad. Would you like to enjoy a sun-drenched day? Then we advise you to book as soon as you are sure that the weather is good enough!
Conditions
- Whether it is possible to make use of the beautiful weather guarantee is determined by the landlord.
- The landlord determines the day before or on the day of departure whether the warranty can be used.
- When making use of the guarantee, the rental amount will be converted into a credit which can be used for a maximum of one year after the original sailing day.

- From wind force 5
- Below 10 degrees
- Much and continuous rain
Multi-day rental:
- From wind force 6 predicted for more than 50% of the rental period
- Below 10 degrees

Damage and insurance
All our ships are all-risk insured with an own risk of €500,-, this is per claim. In case of damage to others, we will fill out a damage form together with you, we also need the details of the other party. You pay then a maximum of €500,- excess per claim.
If you have made damage to a boat of ANJA Boat Rental, first the damage will have to be determined. If the damage is under €500,- you don't have to fill in a damage form. The damage can be paid by invoice. If the damage is over €500,- we will fill in a damage form together with you and this will be sent to the insurance company. The excess of €500,- can be paid by invoice.
It is also possible to buy off the excess, in which case you are fully insured for any damage resulting from sailing with the boat. The cost of buying off the excess is €50,- or 10% of the excess of the chosen boat. Intentionally causing damage to the rented boat or losing mooring ropes, inventory, fenders, etc. is not covered by the buy off of the excess.
Cancel
Should you nevertheless have to cancel, the following conditions apply;
ARTICLE 7 - CANCELLATION
1. If the consumer wishes to cancel the rental agreement, he must inform the proprietor as soon as possible in writing or electronically. If the consumer cancels, the proprietor can claim a fixed (fixed) compensation of:
- 15% of the agreed hire price in the event of cancellation up to 3 months before commencement of the hire period;
- 50% of the agreed hire price in the event of cancellation up to 2 months before commencement of the hire period;
- 75% of the agreed hire price in the event of cancellation up to 1 month before commencement of the hire period;
- 100% of the agreed hire price in the event of cancellation within 1 month before commencement of the hire period or on the commencement date of the hire period.
A minimum of €65 applies to all compensation amounts mentioned.
- If the consumer cancels a rental agreement with a rental sum of €250 or less, other compensation amounts than those mentioned in paragraph 1 apply. In these cases, the proprietor can claim a fixed compensation of:
- 10% of the agreed hire price for cancellation up to 1 week before commencement of the hire period; June 2018
- 50% of the agreed hire price for cancellation up to 2 days before commencement of the hire period;
- 100% of the agreed hire price for cancellation within 2 days before commencement of the hire period
